C-Tbox
It is the control unit to be install on each preparation machine to collect data in real time.
It can collect data from sensors, Volt-amp meters, Hygrometers, Thermistors and Air flow-meters.
Touch Screen
We install a 7’’ color touch screen on each preparation machine, to allow the interaction between the operators and the monitoring system.
X-Rover – Optical detector for Roving frames
X-Rover is an individual optical sensor to be installed on the Roving frame to detect the breakages of the roving.
In case of breakage a red LED will turn on nearby the corresponding roving to alarm the operator.
At the same time the machine will be stopped.
